Dr. Kent Lindquist

Dr. Lindquist's experience includes over 10 years with Antelope and predecessor technologies, co-authorship of the Antelope Reference Guides, and authorship of an extensive collection of freely available source-code, including the Antelope Toolbox for Matlab. Dr. Lindquist's five years as a staff seismologist and researcher at the Geophysical Institute's Alaska Earthquake Information Center includes the design and implementation of the Iceworm near-real-time seismic monitoring system. Dr. Lindquist has received a B.A. in Physics (Carleton College, 1989), an M.S. in Experimental Atomic Physics (University of Colorado at Boulder -- Joint Institute for Laboratory Astrophysics, 1991) and a Ph.D. in Geophysics (University of Alaska--Fairbanks, 1998). Dr. Lindquist is a member of the American Geophysical Union, the American Physical Society, the Seismological Society of America, and the Association for Computing Machinery.
